Tempered safety glass
Heat-treated to be several times stronger than standard annealed glass. Breaks into small, blunt granules instead of sharp shards — built for doors, railings, partitions, and façades.

Double glazed units
Two panes of glass separated by a sealed air or gas gap, cutting heat transfer and outside noise. Assembled with a desiccant-filled spacer for a fog-free, insulated unit.

How it's made
From raw sheet to finished pane.
Two distinct lines run through our factory in Bhagwanpur — one for tempering, one for insulated assembly.
Cut & edge
Raw glass is cut to size and edges ground smooth to prevent stress points.
Heat treat
Sheets pass through a furnace and are heated close to their softening point.
Rapid quench
High-pressure air cools the surface fast, locking in compressive strength.
Quality test
Each batch is checked for stress distribution, flatness and clarity.
Pane selection
Two panes are matched for thickness and type based on the spec.
Spacer & desiccant
An aluminium spacer filled with desiccant is set between the panes.
Seal
The unit is sealed air-tight with primary and secondary sealants.
Inspect
Units are checked for seal integrity and fog-free clarity.
